After years working in premium brands, hospitality, and high-touch service environments, we saw a growing need for something more personal — a service that blended organization, care, aesthetics, and trust.
Founded by a Fairfield County native who deeply understands the nuances of this beautiful place we call home, White Dove is designed to support individuals and families who value their time, their homes, and the experience of elevated everyday living.
Originally a CT native, Christian spent nearly 20 years building and growing consumer brands across the world. Having travelled and lived across the world, he realized what a unique demand there is for high-end support for busy professionals, parents, and beyond when he relocated back to the area in 2022. Since then, he has established relationships with the area’s leading providers while navigating life as a new parent on a large New England estate.

Matthew, Operations & Hospitality
Matthew brings over 25 years of premium hospitality and operations excellence to White Dove and our most discerning clients. During the last 20 specifically leading food & beverage programs at private country clubs, leading to world-class collaborations with internationally renowned chefs, sommeliers, event planners and tastemakers alike. During the pandemic, he also oversaw operations for a national property management leader at the intersection of property services and technology.
